Book Arts Jam 2008, Foothill College, California
Join us for Book Arts Jam 2008, a one-day celebration of the book and print arts. This year’s event features an exhibition of artists’ books with talks by exhibiting artists; hands-on demonstrations throughoutthe day; an exhibitors’ showcase with work by more than 40 artists and craftspeople; a slideshow of recent work by exhibitors and BABA members; a participatory "great wall of poetry;" and much more. The Book Arts Jam has grown since the first event in 2002. In October 2007, the Book Arts Jam hosted more than 700 visitors. We welcome visitors who are new to the book arts, as well as students and experienced practitioners. Come early and see it all!
