Lodging
We recommend the San Mateo Marriott San Francisco Airport, conveniently located just a quick 5 minute drive from the San Mateo Expo Center. The Marriot is a half mile from the Caltrain/Hillsdale Station and the hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle to/from SFO.
Guests attending the "Maker Faire 2006" can contact the Marriott for a discounted event rate of $109.00 per night single or double occupancy. Discounted rates are subject to availability. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 10%) in effect at the time of check in. Room rates are also subject to the San Mateo County Tourism Assessment Charge currently at $1.30 per room night.
