Maker Faire - Interactive art car build sponsored by HEYA

Get involved in a HEYA project made possible by Toyota! In the spirit of collaboration, HEYA and art car expert Harrod Blank will be hosting an interactive Art Car Build throughout the weekend and Maker Faire attendees will have the opportunity to take part in the creation.
To pay homage to Austin's musical roots, guests can help transform a Toyota Matrix into a music-themed piece of art celebrating musical heroes. The art car is going to be featuring images from album covers, sheet music, photos, guitar picks, and more. We are looking for your donations--get creative and bring that box of old music memorabilia to the HEYA Activity Pavilion and join the fun!
See the following list for ideas of items we are looking for but anything related to music and your music heroes is great.
HEYA is Toyota's collaborative youth program, giving 500 creative members the chance to voice their opinion to Toyota, connect with others and collaborate on innovative new projects, and submit their personal projects for support and funding. Click here (http://www.heya.toyota.com/) to learn more and apply to the group.
Get involved, get creative and bring some music Heroes memorabilia to attach to the Toyota Matrix art car build. Clean out those closets and help recycle some great music history! Help participate in a unique activity and work with "THE" art car guru Harrod Blank. We've provided a list to help stir the creative juices but by no means should this limit your imagination. Bring as much as you want - we do have an entire car to try and cover in just two short days!

That is by far one of the most memorable cars I have ever seen, good to see it's still kick'n since Waking Life.
Boat Car Guy: The idea is to remain in a state of constant departure while always arriving.
