Frame it Yourself
The Small Object has a great tutorial on making your own photo or artwork mats so you can get that professional frame look without the expensive price tag. The tutorial and photos go into great detail on how to get precise measurement - which is so key. I'm looking forward to using this technique on some new photos and frames. Link.
